info on a imperial metal products 22 short

    i just got a small 22 short revolver from my great grandpa hes 82 he said he wanted me to have it because lately his memory hast been so great and he didnt want to put it up and forget wheres it at i know its not worth much prob only around 50-100 but it has alot of sentimental value to me it belonged to his dad and they both used the gun as night watchmen it it has the name imperial medal products kinston NC on the frame and model 7 .22 short on the barrel it is easily the loudest and least accurate pistol i have ever shot i have found other revolvers from IMP but they were made in nyc so any thing you can tell me about this gun would be greatly appreciated
