Doesn't them sending firearms for transfer to L13 mean they have to have his FFL on file? Or are they allowed to just assume since L13 is on some other list he's good to go?

Its really simple, raise your price ofa transfer to $75 and you wont have to deal with any of this

amnesia posted the same, but it appears it could be the customer's fault. My name and telephone number are on the shipping label on the shipments my local ffl gets from psa for me. I recall this being on the checkout screen to where the customer would have to edit out their information.

that is possible, but how hard would it be for PSA to include an invoice..

they include their paper that wants the dealer to inspect the firearm for damage..

Well they didn't send me an email saying it shipped, but when I checked today the order status was "Complete" and checking the shipments link indicated "Shipped". So I guess it should be there soon, thanks for holding out for me.

i guess either the last customer that come in to pick up their gun from PSA complained, or my emails did not fall on deaf ears...

2 transfers came in today from PSA and had customer info hand written on the packing label.

so i will give props to them for listening... lets see if they can keep it up

I'd throw that one back on the customer. I ALWAYS contact my FFL in advance to let them know something I ordered is on the way to them.
