Well, picked this up the other day and just had time to zero it at 25yds today. It is a really soft shooter, recoil is very negligible. Can't wait to stretch it out to 100yds. If you want an AK on steroids, this is it! The rifle uses PMAG Gen M3...basically standard AR10, about $20 each, so not too bad.

Hmm.... Standard magazines? Are you finding these rifles readily available here in the US? What kind of cost? Last I remember they were kinda pricey.

Standard PMags, I don't know how available the rifles are, just found this one at Hyatts unexpected (I wasn't looking for it)...well, price is about $2K....being an M1A guy, this about the same price as a mid priced Springfield M1A.

I finally got to stretch this rifle out to 100yds. The accuracy was surprising! With the exact rig pictured in the original post it shoots 1" groups at 100yds. I had two friends at a private range and they BOTH managed 1" groups once they got used to the long trigger pull! Now, I'm considering removing the red dot and putting a 3-9 scope on it to see if it will do better than that, the only reason I think it won't do better is due to the trigger. I don't know if there is an aftermarket trigger for this rifle yet, or a way to tune it.....but I have to say I wasn't really expecting this kind of accuracy from an out of the box battle rifle!
