Always liked the looks of the AMT Hardballer Longslide especially since it was in "Terminator"....this seems to be one of the later ones...no galling issues and it HAS been fired quite a bit.

Got it this morning and did a quick lube with lithium grease and put in a new spring as the original was about 1.5" short.. then blasted 50 trouble free L13 230 zombies through it... has a good trigger and sights were dead on....may have to keep this one!

Pic not working but I like that model also.

I met the owner of AMT back in the mid 90's on a plane from Phoenix to Atlanta.

I was reading a gun rag cover to cover and he was sitting next to me. He struck up a conversation.
I had owned thier 45ACP "backup" pistol and promptly sold it, and told him so.
I think the AMT brand went under within the next 10 years.
I also like the long slide 10mm model.

If you decide you don't want to keep it, put me down as first to offer to buy it.

I have the 10mm Javelina and I need this to pair with it.

Great find! I have the twin to your AMT longslide. Bought mine from a pawn shop in the early 80's before the movie came out.
Its a great shooter. Glad to see another one surface.
