I went by Dick's Sporting Goods in Wilmington this morning and picked up two boxes (Federal 325 rounds) for $24.99 first box and $12.49 for 2nd box. $40.10 after tax or 6.2 cents per round after tax, 5.7 cents before tax. Thanks for the post above or I would have never known, as I almost never go to Dick's.

Now that .22 ammo is available at normal/reasonable prices, some people will understand and put a few boxes away for the next crunch. Others, will continue to buy a box at a time, shoot it all up, and then go buy another box. When that crunch hits, many of the same people will complain that they can't find ammo and if they do find it the price will be too high. And it will be the same people as before.

Anything under $15 a box is a steal these days. Can shoot .223/5.56 cheaper.

I think you would do better to buy CCI SV a brick at a time than a box or 2 of anything from eurotrash counties

Yep. At this price point, there is no real reason to buy a 22 mag firearm anymore, unless its a pistol and then 32s and 38s are cheaper to buy and shoot. Cant reload for it, .223 does everything better for cheaper, and the PMR30 is a POS.

Honestly, is there any real reason that it cost 30 cents a round?
