Bunch were in the 18.50 range as well. Pmags that is. Prices were all over the place depending on vendors. I saw stripped lowers for 89 and two tables down saw the same ones for 179.

The primer and powder shortage looks to be over. The insanity isn't over. I saw lb. jugs of HP-38 for under $22.00 and as high as $32.50. A 4 lb. jug of Win 231 for $80.00. Not too bad. One guy had a Ruger SR1911 for $825.00. It was still there when I left. Dean's of Kannapolis and Rocky Point Guns had the best prices, as usual. Dean's had Ruger American rifles for $299.00. Dang! Randy's wasn't that far off on handguns. Maybe it's just me, but I thought Ed's prices were higher than I expected. I didn't see any killer deals at Village Pawn, of Wadesboro, either. The vendors I've named, are the ones that I look for and expect to deal with. I was surprised at the number of RIA compact (4" barrels) 9mm's. They were blue, not parkerized. Priced from $439 to $489. I saw some priced north of $500.00. I resisted the urge to get one of the RIAs. Only because Dean's had already sold the ones he had, when I got there. I did get a somewhat ratted Glenfield 60 to play with. I wanted a Ruger 22/45, but I didn't see one that made my heart go pitter-patter. All in all, a good show for me.

like I said prices were everywhere. Saw some at closer to 250, but that guy had a 1200 delton too.

I thought it was a very good show. We went at lunchtime and there was no long line at all. Several vendors commented that the number of people there was far less than past Saturdays. I agree with the others who have stated that the powder and primer shortages are over, but the insanity isn't. Depending on hat you were looking for, there were some good buys and some high prices. Some of the best buys I saw were: 7.62x54 spam cans $80, Hornady .224 55gr fmj (6k case) $600, 223 ammo (55gr fmj) $250/500 round case.

The shortage will be over when places like powder valley and wideners have it in stock for immediate shipment. Most online vendors are still completely out of stock and even in stock items are taking 30 days to ship. Just because a few vendors have some at higher than normal prices does not indicate that it's all over. Don't get me wrong, I can't wait until it does get back to normal but I don't think we are there quite yet.

The 231 was 140.00 for the 8lb jug. I saw it for 150.00 at a different table.
That's reasonable. Good to see you got some, to bad you had to miss the match to get it.

I missed out on $80 Mosin spam can but I got one for $100. I laughed at the guy selling them for $115.

Ammo prices were all over the place. $25 for a box of target 9mm, then another table had that same box for $45. Bulk prices were nothing to write home about so I just left with the one Mosin spam can.

picked up a few little things and sold a shotgun to one of the cops checking in guns at the front door. so all my stuff ended up being a even trade for the shotgun so i went home happy and with some cash in my pocket which doesnt happen often.

Swore I wasn't going to pay to go in that place but decided to hang out with Drypowder. Didn't see any .22LR at all. Not even a round.
Noticed some fair to middlin' deals, compared to the last show, but not anything you couldn't get at any gun store.

Ran into LowTrq. So, that was cool. Somehow he spotted Drypowder having had never met him or seen a picture of him, lol!

looks like most ammo prices are still up in the air for a bit until people pull their head out their asses. But looks like overall it was a good show but i didnt get to make it i was out and about making deals of my own.
