I gotta get me on of those!!! Before I can't ....
That's probably the main reason I got it.

The day is coming.

Now I need to stock up on some more 7.62x39.

Go for the Wolf Military Classic HP, if not that then the Golden Tiger FMJBT, and then lastly regular Wolf. The first two for your stash, the regular Wolf for plinking.

Is Ammoman as good a place to order as any? They got all that you mentioned.

Thanks, m49

http://www.copesdistributing.net/product_info.php?cPath=45&products_id=32 <------- Golden Tiger. The reason I recommend this is because I have read that the way the bullets are cast there is a large air space in the nose, causing it to yaw much sooner in flesh than nearly any other FMJ round on the market. It is also the cheapest to buy right now.

Whats so great about the Romi G kits, as compared to the other recent imports :?:
The Romanian "G" kits, come directly from demilled military rifles, made in Romania for the Romanian military(actually, the Romanian Guard). They usually have a better overall "fit and finish" than complete Romanian AK's made for the US civilian market. However, IMHO, what is great about them is being able to build one yourself, and being able to save money while doing it. But, with the recent price increase of parts kits, it's almost cheaper to buy a complete WASR AK, unless you have all your tools, and build from a flat.

One??? Man those things are like a fungus, they start to grow on you. I'm up to 11 AK type rifles, most of which I've built, and a handfull of kits for a rainy day.
So far, I've got
4 Romanian G kit built rifles, in various configurations.
1 Polish Underfolder
1 Polish Tantal
1 Yugo Underfolder
1 Yugo RPK
1 Romanian RPK
1 WASR-10
1 MAK-90

My wife thinks I have a problem, but there are tons of other variants I'd love to build, I'm just not willing to shell out $400+ for a parts kit.
