I bought a Glock 26 at Carolina Gun Runners last week. While I was filling out the paperwork I asked about holsters, and being a creature of habit asked if they had a Crossbreed. They said they had "something like it" and brought out a Guardian Concealment holster.
The guys at Carolina Gun Runners pointed out that this holster, unlike the Crossbreed, has adjustable retention. It is also a hybrid holster that allows one to carry IWB or OWB. I thought that was pretty nifty so I bought it.
Now that I've been wearing it a few days I REALLY like it. It is better than my Crossbreed. The only way to adjust retention with the Crossbreed is to heat up the kydex until it can be reshaped. The Guardian is a much better solution, in my opinion.
It is very comfortable and I am grateful that the guys at Carolina Gun Runners had one in stock and showed it to me. The thing that really put it over the finish line for me was that it was made by a company here in the Carolinas.
This holster and Curt's Fat Boy belt...I don't think you could get a better combo.
