Darker colors work the best.
HF red is good but the black isn't.
Go to cast boolits forum and get up with a guy named "smoke", he sells powder that works.
I only mentioned it to discourage others. I do everything "wrong" and it works just fine for me. I'm tempted to try black just because. I don't mess with PC much or I'd get good powder.

made the bass turd pro shop price match academy on a Hornady cam lock puller, and Hyatt's on a lb of Red Dot. Saved $18 woo

The first action picture is uncoated lead, the second is PC lead. It was power pistol. This afternoon Im trying BE-86 and 231
@Butter That smoke from Power Pistol isn't really smoke, it's moisture in the air instantly turning to steam from the immense fireball that PP is known for ;)

De-primed and wet tumbled a couple of thousand 38 Super Comp cases. Getting ready to load some 9mm.

I loaded 25rds each of 2.8, 3.0, 3.2 and 3.4gr of Titegroup behind 147gr (which were consistently weighing 149.5-150.5gr) Blue Bullets to see what load makes PF, functions in my Glock 17 and has adequate accuracy. Thanks to @Chilly636 for tracking down a chrono for tomorrow evening's range trip.
My guess is 3.2 and very consistently.

Close! I think 3.1 will cut it. Shooting Range E11even's USPSA Match tomorrow and will see how these function.
Did ya chrono and if so, where were you at? Might help others to know your load specs.

127pf at 3.0 and 134pf at 3.2.
147gr Blue Bullets (weighing at least 149gr) at 1.14 OAL from a Glock 17.
I got 133 from my G17 @ 3.2 and never tried any lower. My guess was not entirely uneducated.

Loaded up the last few 9mm bullets on hand. Working on a load that works well for the 1911 and Matty's M&P. Good thing the M&P isn't picky.
Oh and ordered 3000 more bullets and they will be here by Thursday. Not bad considering the holiday.
