I recently completed a 1911 I need to have coated. im looking for local options for black oxide, melonite, PVD, or DLC. Most PVD or DLC places don't do the work in house and would take a couple months turn around time at least.

I prefer something stronger than hot Black oxide but I think its my quickest and most cost effective option but cant find anyone listed online to do the work.

We don't do it in house but we send out a large batch of parts at the beginning of each month for black nitride.

I would take black nitride over any of the other coatings listed as I have seen them all.

We don't offer disassembly on the 1911 platform but if you provide the parts we will get them coated.

Next batch goes out April 2nd and will be back at the end of April.

If your looking to do several parts (slide, frame, barrel, bushing, hammer, trigger... etc...) I can get you a better rate.
