If I want extra onions, tomato, pickles, etc.. on my burger...more and more I am seeing extra .25 to .45 for those extra's. Even extra sauce on a Big Mac is more money now. My rant is , if I ask to have a Single with cheese no tomatoes...shouldn't I get .45 off the price. I mean if extra tomatoes are .45, shouldn't no tomatoes discount the burger also.

I feel class action lawsuit in the works.

I just remembered. A few days ago I was in a Wendy's and they had a sign at the counter saying they were automatically removing tomatoes from burgers unless specifically asked for.

^^^Yea saw same thing in Columbia. Said bad weather in Florida caused the tomatoes to be of poor condition. I asked for mine anyway, and saw nothing wrong with them. I bet its they are costing a lot more and trying to save money is all.

Yes when cost are up. They past it on to us. Then when the cost go down they keep The price the same. Just like gas. They stick 10 inchs in and pull 6 inch out. And your happy you dont have the whole 10. But your still getting screwed

When you go to a fast food place don't expect great food, value or service.

I don't think I've spent $50 in fast food joints in the last 10 years, I'm a "local dive diner" kinda guy.

There is an evil afoot in America...and that evil has convinced otherwise rational people that a bolt action, in-line, shotgun primed, scope sighted, device to ignite synthetic chemical balls shoved down it's barrel, to launch a jacketed projectile, is actually a muzzleloader....it ain't.....the same evil that has convinced people that horrible little disk of factory-second meat on a plastic bun is a hamburger.....it just ain't right I tell ya!

Support your local diner!!!!!

Yes! The local dive, mom & pop, greasy spoon, whatever you call it, is the place to go.

I agree that it's annoying to have to pay extra to tomatoes, onions, etc. but let's remember that these are private businesses and they have the right to conduct business as they see fit - within the law.

Class action lawsuit seems a bit much? Maybe that was a joke. They could easily get around the "no deduction for removing items" that they charge extra for, but simply saying that it's a 'service charge' for the 'special order'.

Maybe you need to go to Burger King so you can "have it your way!" :)

Yea class action lawsuit was just a joke. I can't do those "smiley faces" in the posts.
But I still think if someone makes you pay extra for more of something, they should cut you some slack if you take stuff off. But I also agree they would just charge you for "custom" order.
