Thanks again tuner for the knowledge and the hospitality. What a great day. Beautiful weather, a big-ass gunshow, met some guys from the forum and learned a great deal about the 1911...

Met up with Improvise and jfc3po this morning, grabbed some coffee and biscuits, and hit up tuner's clinic. Then cruised the greensboro gun show on our way back to Raleigh...

Good stuff. For anyone who gets the chance I highly recommend taking tuner up on it.

it's definitely worth it. you will walk away knowing much more about that gun then you could imagine.

Yeah it was pretty great. Learned a massive amount of info and meeting a couple people from the forum was a plus. Bigfelipe has quite the falsetto when singing Don't Stop Believing. Pretty impressive. That and his slightly off timing while singing Benny and the Jets and my air guitar made for quite the enjoyable road trip.
