Where's the best place to pick up 30 Carbine ammo? My uncle is looking for some and asked me about it. I never had a need for it so I've never paid any attention to who stocks it.

A little off topic but I have a magazine that I don't need. Original mil spec I believe. Anyone know what it's worth or need one?
What is it marked, could be common 10-15$ US Mil or import junk.
Also could be one of the more liked and needed for 30-40$
