At what range? I could do that with my Handi 300 @ 50yds all day. Haven't shot for groups with the Ruger but that's going to be more dependent on your load than the rifle I would think. I'm certain the Ruger is capable if the round is even @ 100yds...

I need minute-of-pig-vitals @ 50yds and I'm good. Waiting to SBR it and cut the barrel before I get too worried about the load. The one I have is great for plinking in the 50-100yd+ range on steel...

Also, you don't need an aftermarket trigger. The one it has is plenty nice and it's adjustable.

Don't remember. Some youngish guy brought it with him to the suppressor shoot. I was still shooting the 300 handi then... That was pre-Ruger for me...

Ahhh

The 300 was definitely capable of putting a smile on anyone's face that shot it or was even just near it when it was shot. Lol

Yeah at 50 yards my handi in 300 is pretty accurate suppressed. And I have nail guns that are louder.

The rifle should do that if... the ammo will... and the shooter can...

Anyone build an integral suppressed Ruger American? Just an idea to 1 stamp the gun and keep it short.

I have a few rifles on the way and I'm debating on where or not to do that with one.

Working on this very thing right now. Sending off the form 1 for the can this week. Have all the parts and a new barrel nut for the rifle. Gonna cut it down to 8.5", inlay the stock, and pin/weld the can on for a one stamp gun.

So, did you ever do this?

I have a chunk of 1-7 barrel left over from another project. I intended to build an integral AR barrel, but I’m tempted to find a Remington action and build a suppressor around it.

Cz bolt action 300 BO standard set trigger will make you regret buying anything else, it’s that good. Discontinued but still around .

I bought the AAC one. Scary quite with sub and my AAC can. Quite happy with it (pun intended)
