I am currently taking a law and ethics class for my MBA program, here is one of the questions:

If someone is shot or killed with a gun should the gun manufacture face either civil or criminal liability? Why or why not?
Easy question to answer :

You may want to contact someone at NRA-ILA and they likely have some case law already on the books that you could use as reference. I don't think this has ever had to be litigated against, as I believe the NRA and others were successful in killing the Bills before they actually became law.

But, NRA-ILA might be able to direct to some reference to outline in the argument.

The tricky part will be my hopes that your Professor (dare I gues Liberal leaning) will not unfairly judge your grade for taking the pro-freedom side.
