Well you see dear peasant, that is entirely different because I have trained men with arms on their person to protect me at all times. There is no chance that said arms could possibly be accessed by children. Give up your guns, it is for the kids.I see. So Bloomberg has no guns, or guards with guns, on his premises? More 'do as a I say, not as I do' from this hypocrite.
In the mayor's defense, I feel pretty confident that he doesn't let his armed guards actually come into his house. I mean, they stand around outside, you know, guarding stuff. Let them inside and they'll start getting all uppity.Well you see dear peasant, that is entirely different because I have trained men with arms on their person to protect me at all times. There is no chance that said arms could possibly be accessed by children. Give up your guns, it is for the kids.
He's right. This mother, who shot an intruder while waiting for 20 minutes for police to arrive, should never have kept a gun in her home.Well you see dear peasant, that is entirely different because I have trained men with arms on their person to protect me at all times. There is no chance that said arms could possibly be accessed by children. Give up your guns, it is for the kids.
Well, unlike the rest of you, assuming there is a heaven, Bloomberg won't have to stop for an interview. He's on the VIP line.He probably wasn't quite so honest about his views when he was running for office. (I don't mean his anti-gun views. I mean his contempt for anyone who disagrees with him.)
His philosophy doesn't hold rights in high regard. He would probably say you have a right to consume sugary drinks too. But that doesn't mean he won't use the power of the state to limit your right . . . for your own good, peon.I'm just glad he went ahead and openly admitted that there's a right to own firearms. Of course, he didn't say we have a right to take them outside of our houses. But baby steps.
I'm sure many people in Colorado felt the same way before last year.Who's he? He has no impact on my little life in NC....
Amen!I'm not stupid enough to care what he has to say about the matter.
^^^This. Little man syndrome with billions of dollars to spend however he likes. He is at the moment the financial force behind the anti movement. It is wise to pay attention to him, despite his dipsh*t message.
No surprise they got rid of her. Gail Neely was a blessing for NC gun rights because she was so incompetent. I listened to her speak in person and thought to myself "I hope she remains the head of NCGV forever!"actually...he allegedly just bought an NC gun grabber shell and is going to staff it/ start trying to influence NC policy..,

"The group here in North Carolina is North Carolinians Against Gun Violence (NCGV) and they fit Dr. Patrick's description to a T. They were so bad that they didn't even have a Director. NCGV ran out of money and she bailed, leaving their office assistant Gail Neely to attempt to fill her place.
Well it looks like Mike Bloomberg has purchased NCGV and has pushed the office assistant over the side as well. Via email…"
