I agree. I shoot 9mm in my autoloader, because it is an easy to shoot round, and its the cheapest of the "real" calibers. You are right in thinking more rounds downrange=better skills.

As for the subcompact size versus the compact size, sure they are close on paper, but on the hip they are pretty different. Also, you can easily make a subcompact bigger, can't easily make a compact smaller.

my only glock is a 26, I love it and will never get rid of it. 11 rounds of 9mm has never been in a more efficient package.
