There is no caliber or magazine restriction for deer in NC. I want to take a deer with my 10mm pistol this year.

edit: if you hunt deer or bear with a pistol, it must be greater than .24 caliber.


btw, if you ever thought of hunting a bear with a pistol smaller than .24 caliber, please slap yourself.
