I swapped my rear sight a total of 3 times, it barely requires a brass punch and that's all I used. The front site is a little tighter but easily removed with a brass punch. Normal M&P fronts are slightly larger than the .22 so the dovetail is verrrry tight. I just left my front stock because I didn't feel like trying to file down the sight's dovetail.
