Anyone else a fan? Prefer gin, salted rim, worcestershire, horse radish, lemon juice, couple dashes Tabasco, celery if available, couple olives, pickle slice or spear and topped with fresh ground pepper. (drool)

I never drink them, don't like tomatos but I used to tend bar and people raved about the ones I made.
Spicy V8 juice, vodka, horesradish, whoshistre(sp) sauce, hot sauce, dash of bitters, shaake, pour over ice, add celery stalk and grind black pepper on top.

Yes, along with Screwdrivers and Mamossa's(champagne and OJ).
Then again, I know a guy who goes out to breakfast and drinks black coffee and beer side by side while his meal is being prepared...anything is possible......
