I used that scope for awhile and then finally went with the xrs. Can't say enough good about the Bushnell line. Not found anything I don't like about the scope. They are built like a tank.
I had the Elite Tactical 4200. It was a great scope. I only sold it to get a MIL/MIL FFP HDMR. Would have kept it if I opted for those options when I bought it.
I had the ET4305 which was a 4.5-30x50 and it was the best scope for the money I have bought. I have NightForce ATACR etc. while the NightForce is better it cost three times as much. The Bushnell ET4305 is what I'd look at just because my experience with it.
Bushnell offers a Bulletproof guarantee with the ET4305, if you don't like it they will buy it back within the first year.. Plus their lifetime warranty.
I have the Elite 5-15X50, and a few other Bausch&Lomb/Bushnell scopes. Good scopes, but if you plan on doing any real long distance shooting, look elsewhere. Their elevation adjustment is maxed out at 600 yards on a 308. Don't know if they make them with too little adjustment, or if they are set to be zeroed at 200 yards in the middle of the adjustment range..
Get the G2 reticle. I have one on my 300 now and love it. I took off a IOR Valdada 6-24 to put this scope on. 6 moths ago, you couldnt have given me Bushnell. I could see bullet holes at 300 yds on a clear day with this scope and my eyes are horrible.
I have the HDMR with the Tremor2 recital and i love it so far. Good glass for the money. Its hard to find the quality glass plus front focal plane at the price.
