Did you say "last show at metrolina"?

Not to sound like a silly question, but did you mean last show for you all there or are they no longer wanting gun shows?

Last show for everyone. They are tearing it down.

Scuttlebutt is the new owners may build a new conference/expo center on the property, along with all the other stuff they have planned, but I haven't heard that confirmed yet. Even if they do, no telling if there will be gun shows there.

The area is too rough, is crime ridden, and already an industry area. I'd imagine it will all become a commercial warehouse/office section.

gonna roll out there with an AR to sell. Look for the CSC hat

I went over about 12:30, walked right in, no lines. I was surprised that it was not as crowded as I thought it would be. Bldg 1 and 2 were pretty full of vendors, but it is a C&E show. The other bldg toward the back, was being torn down while I was there.

Saw a lot of folks, mostly older guys, asking questions about AR rifles. I bought a few parts to finish an upper.

Tons of reloading supplies, powder, primers and bullets.

Hey guys,

The Charlotte gun show is this weekend (6/18 and 6/19). This is the last show at Metrolina. We will be there at the Backwoods Bang Shop booth. Drop by and see us! Who else is going?
Nice talking to you today man. Beer BBQ and guns are a few of my favorite things to talk about.

I saw an FNS9c that I should've bought, an IO AK that should've went home with me, and several lbs of powder that I should've grabbed. But being the stingy b that I am, nothing beats internet pricing and an ffl buddy. That's what's killing the modern day gun show. Even so I had a good time talking to people.

And my son and I spent some quality time checking out all the tables. It's still a buyers market for sure, unless you're wanting any type of rimfire ammo for anything close to retail.

I really might go back and get that IO AK. Everything screamed quality when i held it. Anybody know much about them?

Blue Collar Reloading had a small selection of ammo at some very good prices. I picked a little 9mm & .223.
