Inconspicuous posting is the law. It's not very noticeable if it's not signed big at the entrance in my opinion, I don't read every little paper. Thus you have an argument you didn't notice it, and that it's not inconspicuous. That said inconspicuous is left up to interpretation of the court, and the officers / da have discretion to determine if it was inconspicuous in order to charge. Basically if caught it's a crap shoot that could cost $$$$$$, you could get an anti officer / judge, so is it worth it? Only you can answer that. Our stance at CSC is to follow the law. ;)

This is one reason I am for Signage laws like SC has, it opens so many places up to carry, as most businesses don't want to sign per state law, as it really makes the business stand out with all those big signs saying no concealed carry allowed. I wonder if Nascar wouldn't want to make a statement that noticeable. I can tell you Darlington Race track is not signed per SC state law last I was there, so it doesn't matter what it says in the rules for the track, you can't be charged, only maybe asked to leave if caught at Darlington.

What fascinates me the most about NASCAR is how much it dislikes the very culture that created NASCAR.

They didn't show much of the infield during the last race. I'm wondering if anyone put a Confederate flag up? NASCAR wants to ban the flag. Use to see them always flying at NASCAR races. Especially Darlington and Rockingham, two tracks we always went to years ago.

I haven't been to the NASCAR track, I didn't see any signage when I went to GRC last summer @ the Dirt Track.

Yeah, I read their website, but k also know that signage is what's important. I didn't bring anything more than a knife (they have to tell me not to bring that...), but I didn't see any signs posted. Enjoyed an evening of Legends Car races and a nice fireworks show.

FWIW, I always had my SR9c in my backpack when I was in the Nationwide Series in 2011, unless our destination was or went thru places I could not legally have it (NY, Canada, CT, IL, MA, MD, etc.)
