I recently bought a Chiappa dedicated .22 upper and I like it enough to realise I want something a little higher spec.

Right now I am pretty much locked onto this CMMG upper over the others out there.

Between the price and what I have been reading online it seems ideal. It will take the same mags as the Chiappa, so I won't need to start over also.

My question is: Anyone here actually used this or any CMMG .22LR upper and how did they like it?

Not a answer to your direct question but I have used the CMMG conversion kit (Bolt/Mag) in the AR I had and it worked fantastic. Shot 170 yards with it and couldhit clays with it doing my part.
