Anybody have a recommendation for someone who does custom plugs in the triangle?

Are you planning to shoot the Carolina Cup? Ear East will be there. Wade's a great guy and has been a vendor for a number of years. I have a set of his plugs. I heard one complaint - guy thought his were not comfortable and stopped wearing them. Wade remade a set that worked better for the guy.... he really stands behind his product!

You'll also see him at other events - I know he was at the Dixie Deer Classic. I've not seen him at a gun show.

Send me a PM if you need his contact info (i.e. not shooting the Carolina Cup or need them before the match).

I used North Carolina Eye Ear Nose and Throat which is located on Tryon and Cary Parkway. I just called their audiologist and made an appointment for the fitting where they take a mold of your ears and send them off to Westone to make permanent silicone earplugs. You get to pick the style/color and I believe I went with the style 40. I think the total ended up being around +/- $100, but with how well they work and are made I would easily do it again.

Me too!! That dude is pretty cool. A little more expensive, but very effective. I wear mine any time the wife is home. LOL
