Note to self, when traveling through Russia, only use Trains, they have the higher survival rate.
Yeah, and the guy on the motorcycle that got hit, stayed on his feet, and was able to walk off of the road.Did you see the guy point the pistol at the other driver when he merged?
I am planning on going there soon. How did you like St. Petersburg?Every green light is like the Oklahoma Land Rush and the lane lines are nothing to the average Russky. A two lane country road that we drive on is a three lane road in Russia, a car can pull out and pass another while the oncoming car and car being passed are expected to move to the side so the the faster car can proceed on; double yellow lines are not in fashion over there. If one thinks Russian Roulette is out of style just take a ride in the land of the Bear.
Also when the light turns green a pedestrian better be standing out of the road, they don't lift. I saw in St. Petersburg an elderly lady with two bags of groceries cross eight lanes of traffic with moves that would make a pro runningback envious. Great place to visit but by far not a place to attempt a long life.
:-B[russian accent] in mother Russia, using brake is considered sign of weakness [/Russian accent]

Some of the people walking seem as if this is normal everyday thing. No worries, and staying calm.
