But for the Citizens United decision the Democrats on the FEC would already have government censors at FNC and the WSJ. They do not believe any media that is not already controlled by the DNC has first amendment rights if the media outlet is corporate owned.

Ah , but the constitution only applies to technology available in 1791. So ruled the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. And Hillary would most definitely pick someone from that court for the federal appeals court.

That was a reference to a taser case. The MA SJC actually did say that in their ruling against the plaintiff.
SCOTUS actually smacked them down unanimously.
But Hillary sure does like the way those MA judges think.
