I certainly think the DOJ will investigate and prosecute those two officers for being in the wrong place and violating the rioters civil rights.

Wahoo, with all due respect how do you know those tickets were unwarranted? Three teenage sons???!!! I presume from what you say that they're black. However, white or black, three teenage sons is a living headache. I'm presuming they got most of the tickets.
