Hey guys and gals. Would anyone here be interested in getting together to do some fitness and unarmed training? I would be teaching it at our Martial Arts Academy in Harrisburg, and would be focusing on fitness (bootcamp type cardio program) and self defense techniques. If interested, what type of program would you like most? More cardio/fitness exercises with some self defense mixed in, or vice versa? Classes would be held on Saturday's after 1, or Sundays after noon, and would be super cheap. Thanks for any replies.
