So i went to a local gun shop to start my NFA stuff. He had a Trust templet for me to use that has been OKed by the ATF and gone through by a lawyer. So i fill out the trust, pretty easy. We do the paperwork for my SBR. Im new to all this and he had templets to help go through it all. We do it all and send it off. Last week i go back to start my suppressor paperwork. we do the form 4. As im looking over it, i notice section 10 and 11 on page 2 (i think its 10 and 11, the one with the check boxes). I asked him about it, and he said yea i needed to fill them out.. but i never did on my form 1.... also he didnt tell me i needed to put the serial number from my SBR on the trust before we sent it. i thought that was normal since i was asking for permission to build it, i couldnt have it in my trust yet.. So since these items were not correct.. what can i expect to happen?
