It's possible if you're willing to use match heads and have your homeowners insurance cancelled.... or you're in possession of fuming red nitric acid and make your own mercury fulminate (again with the homeowners insurance cancellation)

Don't laugh, you tube has video of #209 primer rebuilds. They appear to work. Much effort for a small pop. If it comes to that it is too late to worry over anyway.
