I used to work with a guy that joked about getting his hemorrhoids pierced. Someone probably has done it. Not a fan of the nipple rings, and it is no better on a third nipple.
I knew a woman that had a 3rd, was kind of odd,freaky,cool, interesting. She didn't pierce hers either but damn she was a cute one and I'd have been alright if she did.
