The Survivors. Honestly I don't know how when it was made the universe didn't implode from the sheer awesomeness of Walter Matthau, Robin Williams, and Jerry Reed being in the same movie.

I used to watch it with my Grandpa at least once every few weeks. He would laugh until his cigar almost fell out of his mouth and poke me with his cane to make sure I knew how funny the movie was.

Just looked it up on IMFDB because I thought the same thing. It's actually a Valmet M76F, the AK-variant the Galil is based on.

You can skip netflix, I believe the whole movie is available on youtube. I've always enjoyed sharing the hilarity of this movie with new people. Robin Williams and Walter Mathau work very well together. Too bad they didn't do more movies.

 

You gotta love that cocaine rattled 80's Robin William's humor.
