Pittman just dropped the hammer on the PPP for private sales ;)

EDIT: and Lewis just made shart real talking about how futile it is to try and regulate private sales

Alright, well we knew it was possible the PPP repeal would be killed. I was surprised the bill came out of committee with the repeal still in place given that it was the most controversial part among the Republican caucus. Would have been better if they eliminated the PPP from the bill and kept the NICS check substitute for FFL transactions kicking in 3 years from now.

Now this fool wants a standard PPP form embossed to help the dealer recognize a valid permit from other counties..... These idiots are chasing their tails.

There's more amendments being proposed than there are R's running for president, and similarly none of them are good.
