Has anyone seen a receiver with the markings like the one in the photos? I know the circle 11 is polish but that’s all I recognize, I’ve owned and researched a lot of AKs and never seen this. Any idea on value?

I believe its Russian. I found the Russian alphabet to English translation. Top word does translate to Arsenal.

I believe the circle 11 falls into the Polish category.

I am sure the price people would put on Arsenal Polish builds varies pretty wildly, but I would say in a GB Auction it would hit safely between 1500.-2000. or higher.
More likely on the higher end plus though, if the condition is nice, all number are matching, and due to the earlier year of the kit.
My apologies for not reading more closely earlier, I got excited... :D

Turned out to be an older James River Armory build, not as uncommon as I was hoping!

Thought James River Marked their stuff on the bottom of the receiver, virtually in the same place NoDak or Armory USA placed their marks when they did receivers. I saw a James River, bottom marked just a few weeks ago. It was a clean build. I'm curious on what tipped you off, and why they would'nt have their name on their build.
