    When then government manipulates market forces there should be no expectation free market capitalism at work. What the market will bear or how the market is being managed to enrich the few while being used for agendas most are ignorant of. Free markets my a**.

    It doesn't explain what happened to the supply of foreign made surplus rounds. I've bought Malaysian 7.62 for years, IMI, MEN, South African 7.62. Decades old rounds been on market for decades. Suddenly every surplus military round was bought up too? Lasted for 20+ years and runs out last year. I'm not believing it.

    maybe the government (ours) is buying it up to keep you from getting it.

    will we ever see 9mm at $11-14 for 50 rounds again? doubtful. *everyone* will be buying .22s.
