As the title says I am looking for a CNC machine for a project I am planning. Does anyone know someone or somewhere that has one?

i could swear there was a shop in the area that did classes and rented on machine time. Not sure if CNC but I know they had lathes and milling machines.

I will be cutting the slide rails into an 80% 1911 frame. Can your machine do that?

Never done that before. Seems like you would need a specific bit. Probably a key cutter.

Another question for anyone who knows: What is the legality of getting help/paying someone to help finish an 80% receiver? If I paid someone to finish it for me, would it then have to be transfered back to me with an FFL? And if I do finish one, I can not receive any help doing so. Is this correct?

if you have the rail jig kit then yes, it seems pretty straight forward. I thought you wanted to cut the rails on the upper not lower.. anyhow, you need to complete a 80% lower by yourself. you can use equipment that you don't own, but you must do the work. if you were to have someone do the work it would need to be a licensed manufacturer and not just a individual.
