Anybody have this happen to a Lee Pro 1000. I know it has a life time warranty but I may consider buying something a little more sturdier. Loader is less than a year old and has around 6K reloads through it when it failed. Been maintained properly.

I have many thousands of rounds through my Lee Pro 1000. The only thing that's ever broken on it is the little square piece of aluminum that holds the case feeder Z bar. Lee replaced it USPS First Class. 2 days. Give'em a call, they'll treat you right.
I agree they have a great warranty and great cust svc but I have had too many issues in less than a year that might be attributed to a quality problems.
I've got many thousands of rounds loaded on my Dillon and the only things that's ever broken is the........nothing Step up to a Dillon, RCBS, or Hornady.
I have used their Breech Lock and Classic Turret and loved them for single-stage work. I had no issues whatsoever that were not caused by user error. But after all the reviews I've about the Lee 1000 I would definitely look elsewhere for a progressive. It seems to be THE press for people who love to constantly tinker with stuff.
