Holy ****... This is like me telling my 5 year old that red and blue are two different colors and him saying "not uhh"

Nobody gives a **** about the outcome of a "TRAIL"... The police consider EVERY death that is committed by another person as a homicide... The definition of the word "homicide" is the death someone by the hand of another... You can put any adjective in front of it you want but the word "homicide" is still defined the same exact way.

Just like the definition of the word car... it does not matter if you put an adjective in front of the word car, the definition of the word car does not change. red car, blue car, fast car, wrecked car... "car" still means the same ****ing thing.
Yeah it is.... you can't understand a simple concept and it's a good thing you are not a judge.

Saying that the dead man " is a victim of a homicide " may not be a TRUE statement.... but YOU can not see that.
It does not matter WHAT the police put on their report or what they think at the time of the report.... you can not wrap your head around that.

Like I said.... my entire response was based on the statement of " VICTIM OF HOMICIDE" which is YET to be determined.

" The police consider EVERY death that is committed by another person as a homicide"

Does not mean a hill of beans... it is irrelevant..... doesn't matter WHAT the police consider a homicide... that's why there are courts and trials and juries and judges.
The only thing that does matter is the outcome of a TRIAL.

NOBODY gives a **** about the outcome of a trial??

YOU would if you were sitting in the defendants chair and the verdict was homicide/murder VS. Justifiable Homicide..... one you would walk free an the other you would not.

ARE YOU GETTING IT YET?? There is a REASON why there is HOMICIDE and then several different classifications of homicide.... they are ALL different and carry different penalties.... more or less.
