Primary Arms Micro-dot with the AMD riser...if you can find one its around 170-180.

VTac two point slings are good.

With most 0magnification red dots you can turn the dot off and just use the irons as they normally cowitness.

When I trained with J. Boyette (who I can't recommend highly enough) I zeroed in my irons AND my red dot during his class. So my advice would be to run irons and buy a decent red dot when you find the one you want.
