I just read that he bought the gun he used for the shooting from a private seller on Armslist. I imagine we will see lots of renewed calls to close the "gunshow loophole", along with the usual talk about how many gun owners are in favor of this 'reasonable measure'.
Please remind your gun buddies who think closing this 'loophole' is a good idea that it means ALL firearms transactions will be forced through FFLs, which means records, which means registration becomes a whole lot easier when (not IF) the antis and statists start pushing for that. And registration leads to confiscation.
