Anyone have any experience with these? I have the opportunity to buy up to 400 rds for around 0.30/rd. Other than the occasional novelty shot, I'm not really sure what these are good for. Any excuse to buy the lot versus just a few? Thanks for your advice!

I will rephrase the first comment. They will start fires very easily. If you do buy some please be very careful with them and have a means of putting out fires close at hand. They are fun though.

I had a use for them in AZ, shoot them up in the air at night (far from any people or houses). They burn out long before they hit the ground. Here on the East coast they do not really have a purpose that incendiary ammo do not cover much better.

Thanks for the input guys. I had read a few stories online about them starting fires fairly easy and that would certainly be a concern. I'll pick some up and let you guys know how they work out. I'll have to figure out how to shoot them with minimal risk of burning anything down.
