Little guy is going to have a hard time in life. I fear for him in a world that measures value the way ours does.

Anyway, he is up to 5 lbs 9 oz. I am calling him "fatso" now over the objections of my wife.

He's already proved he is a survivor. Now he just needs you to get him started in the right direction. Handsome devil - looks must come from his grandma's side, right?

Great photos of the little "troopers" guys.

I appreciate you both taking a few moments to share these little ones with the rest of us. Helps keep things real for me in a world that just seems to be spinning out of control.

When I looked at your little guys in such a state of innocence, I could not help but ask myself how anyone could take a small one like this and abuse them like we are seeing all over. You are two very fortunate men.

You just made my day and I thank you.

We used to have a saying in ski patrol, "kids bounce, adults break." They are resilient. My cousin could fit in the palm of his dads hand when he was born. He's got to be 6'2" tall now. My oldest daughter was full term, but she is tiny. She's also top 5 on several of the physical fitness tests at school. You just never know.
