All right Alumni, I am going to post many a drill here, so get ready to print them off.

Please do not post in this section unless its a drill.

Lets keep the drills all in one spot, commits and so on can be done in a new topic.

LAPD SWAT Pistol qual (old school)

Round Count: 50
Possible Score: 100%
Cut off 90% pass

All starts from a secured holster
Target: B27
Scored using the little man scoring:
The 8 ring, 9 ring and 10 ring count as 5pts
The 7 ring count as 4pts
Outside of the 7 ring, still on target is 3pts

Scoring, any shot equal to or above the neck line for a head shot is 5pts, below the neck line the value is 0pts for head shots and is a DQ.

Perfect score is 100%

Adding up the points. if all shots are in the 5 zone you will have a total score of 250pts. multiply 250 by .4 and you have 100%.

Example:
5 rnds in the 4pt ring the other 45 shots in the 5 ring.
total points 245 x .4 = 98% passing.
