A little backwards, but it still reminds me of the old joke about the absent minded policeman who jumped on his whistle and blew his horse.

 

She didn't have a clue that the horse could kick to the side just as easily as to the rear...... lesson learned!!

 

I say lesson learned... no need to charge her since she 1) got kicked by the horse due to her stupidity 2) crunched her nose pretty good in the fall and 3) is shamed on the internet now that everyone saw the video.
