No one remembers his refusal to give tickets to 9-11 survivors' wives and kids or the fact that he did give them to Utah legislators and Mormon church officials

It is not certain that any profit would be made by hosting the olympics, sure, some people would have made money .... all of BOs friends, but there is very strong evidence that it would have COST the country as a whole... that means we taxpayers millions.
The last 2 cities to host the games...LOST money when everything was tallied up.... it would have just been another "welfare" plan for a certain segment of or population who loves BO.... pay back.

Thank God the people of the olympic committee saw through what millions of Americans did not.

In reality, Obama's little begging trip was his hail Mary to try to spark the US economy, which is taking a downturn,. His economic spendulus plan is actually doing even less than I expected - the fact is gov't spending IS NOT... I REPEAT NOT a viable substitute for actual economic activity.

All Obama's spending did was move money from one group (taxpayers) to another group (welfare cases - and yes I am including the US auto industry AND ANYONE who traded in their "clunker" as "welfare cases")

He said " judge me by the people I surround myself with".....we do and then are called haters.

He said if we did not pass the stimulus bill, unemployment would go above 8%
if we passed it, it wouldn't ..... today it is reported at like 9.9% with much of the stimulus not handed out yet, BUT it was an emergency to pass it quickly.....we are not seeing the benefits and it is not working out like he said....we are haters.

He was the first president to stick his nose in the olympic selection process at the cost of millions to the tax payers....and we didn't get them.....we are haters.
