Correct no transfer fee if shipped from psa to one of their stores. That came from the big boss

Another question. When I used to order from PSA, they didn't charge me sales tax. Since there is a store in NC now, will I be charged sales tax?

I just had an order fulfilled and was charged sales tax, for those of you now reading and questioning.

 

The most stupid thing I've ever heard off. You can order online and ship to a few miles down the street from Palmetto arms in Denver but you can't ship it to their store. You will have to pay the transfer fee at another store. They say they don't have the space to store your gun. Even though you paid for the gun 100%

 

Not at all true. I live 3 miles from that store and have had psa online orders shipped there numerous times in the last 3 months.

When they first opened, they wouldn't transfer for anyone. But sure will now.

Matter of fact i picked one up yesterday there from a psa online order.

That's not true. Talked to the store a week ago. You can not ship online orders to the Denver, NC store. The worst customer service ever!

 

l just called the Denver store a minute ago. 8/03/22. They said they cannot take an order from thier online site. They said they don't have the space. I challenge everyone to call them. It actually says on the phone messege that plays before you have to choose the firearms department that they cannot help you with online orders. Call them at this number. I challenge you. 704-312-1366. Ask them if you can ship an online order to their store.

They lost my order because of it. I went elsewhere.

 

Just now seeing this. I was told that you can ship to their stores for transfer by their CEO Chad Wylie. If they continue to say no you may want to contact him.

 

This man speaks the truth! I ordered a lower and had it shipped to the store in Denver. It took a while but there was no transfer fee and a bunch of stuff to buy on impulse with the 20-30$ I just saved. Also a little business card for some free range time
