so I just got a new holster for my 1911. put my gun in it to try it on, wore it for about 10 min. Took the holster off and looked at it and my slide release lever has already cut into the leather a little. Anyone ever rounded off a slide release? I've seen people do it to a Kahr for other reasons, but haven't ever heard about a 1911 being modified this way.
