Hey Folks,
Wanting to know if anybody else has run across this situation and offer advice other than "Lawyer Up".
I live at the end of a .5 mile gravel drive and want to spray roundup on the last 100 yards to kill grass between the tires.
Neighbor approached me stating it was her land and she didn't want any spraying done as it might run off to her pond 100 yards away.
Let's just say I'm the only conservative, CCW holder, non-entitlement fella on the road and we see things differently. I pay for gravel and box blade the road w/ my tractor and never asked for a dime.
I'd like to get along and it's not worth the trouble, but I don't want to run over brush to get to the pavement and be detrimental to my home value.
Thanks,
-Greg
