That little bearcat (or whatever it is) is sweet!
That is a Talo Exclusive Single Six BH Convertible (.22/.22mag) with a 3.625" bbl. There were 450 of them made. I have 2 of them! These are for my 2 grandsons, made in the year of their birth, consecutive serial numbers, and test fired at Ruger on my 51st birthday!...how cool is that!
They are actually more like a slightly scaled down version of a Vaquero.

When I was at the last Raleigh gun show there was a guy buying one there. It was just like that. And, I believe he said he had another one.

Teasing you guys with rimfire porn. Its a easy build project.

Yeah I slapped a wood stock, some trigger work and tech sights on the vanilla yet odd combo 10/22 I picked up for my son (stainless barrel, black receiver). With the bx-25 and tech sights, I thought it looked similar to an M1. Then I found the replica stock. I think I need the blonde version to finish myself. and my own 10/22.
